Alveretta (Alvy) Tronolone has over 30 years of experience as an LPN and RN in long-term care at the New York State Veterans Home in Oxford, NY, a 242 bed skilled nursing facility that is operated by the State of New York.  She achieved Geriatric Certification from the American Nurses Association (ANA) Credentialing Center.  In her tenure at the Veterans Home, she served as a nursing supervisor, staff development and orientation coordinator, and assistant director of nursing (ADON). As ADON, Alvy was involved in compliance achievement and risk reduction efforts for the facility, clinical oversight, and other management-focused duties in a high acuity level facility.  Her primary area of focus at Med-Net Compliance, LLC is chart audits, with related analysis and report development.
