Jessica Ortiz is a graduate of Berkeley College where she received Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Her background in office management and medical assistant makes Jessica a perfect fit as a client relations coordinator. Jessica’s responsibilities will include managing and directing client Rapid Response calls, ensuring that there is a clear line of communication between client facilities and our Med-Net Compliance team.
