With over 25 years of experience in the field, Ms. Wiedmayer has an expertise in rehabilitation therapy management.  Rona worked in a variety of corporate healthcare settings in numerous senior management roles, including, but not limited to, Vice-President of Operations at Rehab Care, Division of Kindred Healthcare; Vice-President of Operations at Select Medical Rehabilitation, a Division of Select Medical Corporation; Vice President of clinical operations, AEGIS Therapies and Director/Vice President clinical services at Paragon Rehabilitation. Ms. Wiedmayer’s strengths include her specific expertise in start-up operations, business assessment and establishment of comprehensive plans of correction, operations management, clinical service, growth and delivery and therapy billing and coding issues. Rona is a member and former board member of the National Association for the Support of Long Term Care (NASL) and a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association. She is a licensed speech-language pathologist in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Florida.
