Shamarra Ford is a graduate of Thomas Edison State College, where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Human and Social Services. Shamarra comes to Med-Net Compliance, LLC with a background in gathering and analyzing data in-order to conduct family and staff education. Additionally, Shamarra has her American Heart Association (AHA) Instructor Training Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and is a BLS Instructor, providing staff and community training. She also has experience working as a LPN. Shamarra’s skills include, but are not limited to: public speaking, trainee development, and nursing.  As a Compliance Specialist/Staff Educator she works with clients to highlight the regulatory and compliance requirements they must meet in-order to appropriately follow the policies and procedures of the facility’s compliance program.
